Message	You should always try to plea bargin for a lesser crime, etc. I use to be in the same boat "oh I got the money, I'll just pay any ticket". That was one of the dumbest things I ever done was just to always pay any speeding tickets. I recommend to get an attorney for reckless driving even down to a plain simple speeding ticket. OR if you cannot afford an attorney, plea not guilty and see the District Attorney. The CJ system has too many cases and rather have you plea to a lesser charge to avoid a trial. But as in your situation, I definetly recommend the extra $$$ and get a lawyer, I know I would. Thats my 02 cents.
